Payments

All payments are made through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to facilitate of the PayPal option, you can pay by selecting the Debit/Credit Card option and by checking out as a guest user. All our prices are in Euro €

Postage & Packing

At Pretty Little Homewares we use a courier service to make sure that your lovely items arrive safe and sound and on time. Our courier fees for delivery’s are a flat fee of €9, and for any orders over €60 we are offering FREE delivery. We are also offering a local free delivery service where possible in the Arklow to Gorey area, please contact me directly to enquire about this either by email or through Instagram messaging, we will try and facilitate customers where we can. Our aim is to get your items to you within 5 days from receipt of your order, we will notify you immediately if there is any problems or delays with your order and you can also contact us at any stage for an update on your delivery.

Returns

We really hope that you love your items that you order as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not happy, you can return any items to us withing 7 working days of receipt. All items must be returned as you received them. We ask that you pay return postage cost yourself and that you email us in advance with your reason for return, we cannot take any responsibility for your return parcels so please make sure that you keep a proof of postage so it can be traced.

Damaged or Broken Goods

We will take great care in packing your items but if any items are unfortunately damaged or broken in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of your delivery and take photos if you can so we can take this up with our delivery company and make sure we can refund or replace your item to you as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy

As our valued customers, we respect your privacy and will ensure that we will never provide any of your personal information to 3^rd parties. We will only ever use your contact details to contact you in relation to your order or any queries you may have to be answered or to let you know of any special offers that we have that may be of interest to you.
